It started with the idea that efficient processes and affordable shipping costs should be available to everyone. And that there should be at least one logistics company whose services you can start using instantly — whether just for a holiday or a seasonal peak, or as your store's most important partner for the long run.
And so Logitrail was born, now serving dozens of digital commerce pioneers – from people running an online store as a hobby to seasoned professionals.
Behind Logitrail is a group of experienced e-commerce veterans. Of them, Jaakko, Linda and Ville are closely involved in the company's day-to-day work, while the other founding members support us in the background with their experience of online stores of every size.
Our mission is to make merchants' everyday work easier with top-class service and tools, and to enable long customer relationships through smart and responsible logistics.
