Chose "Pickup from warehouse" as your delivery method? Here is how to collect your parcel from the Logitrail pickup locker in Raisio.

You can park along Ojakatu. The pickup locker is behind the glass door on the Ojakatu side.
Pickup hours
- Mon–Fri 7am–8pm
- Sat 9am–1pm
Parcel size
The pickup locker fits parcels up to 60 × 33 × 51 cm. Larger shipments are always delivered by a carrier.
How to pick up
Wait for your pickup code. We send it by text message and to the email address on your order once your order has been processed at the warehouse and placed in the locker. If the locker is full, this may take a little longer.
Come to the warehouse during pickup hours. The pickup locker is behind the glass door on the Ojakatu side.
Enter your pickup code on the locker’s touchscreen and select Hae lähetys (Collect shipment).
The screen shows the compartments your shipment is in. Open the doors one at a time – if your shipment has several parcels, remember to open every compartment.
Please collect your shipment promptly so the compartment is free for the next one. The locker is popular, and a quick pickup also speeds up the handling of your next order.
No pickup code?
Contact the online store you ordered from if your pickup code hasn’t arrived within three working days of your order. If the products weren’t in stock when you ordered, handling may take longer.
